Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 50% and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments, gather data and perform basic investigations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system, sub-system, and component issues during investigations.
• Maintain accurate records and enter results into databases.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites to support reliability processes.
• Prepare materials and perform testing according to SOPs and plans.

Field Reliability TechnicianStatus: Non-Exempt (hourly)Department: Reliability EngineeringShift: 1st with 50 % TravelPosition SummaryThe Field Reliability Technician will perform fuel cell component and system testing, along with test support functions and maintenance for fuel cell system and component testing. This position requires a candidate with strong electrical and mechanical expertise with an uncompromising dedication to quality. The ideal candidate will have exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
