Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Reliability Engineer to advance process and asset reliability through defect detection and elimination. The role focuses on optimizing maintenance programs, improving equipment reliability, and guiding capital design choices to preserve operability and availability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering, a bachelor’s in engineering, and hands-on experience with FMEA, RCFA, PM and PdM, along with SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience.
• Knowledge of FMEA, RCFA, PM and PdM methods.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RCFA processes and track recommendations to resolution.
• Conduct FMEA and develop reliability strategies.
• Review equipment specs and propose reliability improvements.
• Formulate, implement and audit PM and PdM programs.
• Develop cost justifications for reliability projects.
• Ensure proper spare parts inventory levels and supplier evaluations.
