Job summary

Carlex-Glass-of-Indian is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer in Auburn, NY to lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions across the plant. You will develop methods to assess component reliability, monitor preventive maintenance programs, and provide technical leadership to the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering or similar technical field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis of failures and drive corrective actions.
• Develop analysis methods for determining reliability of components and equipment.
• Monitor PM programs and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide leadership and technical support to maintenance service department.
• Use downtime database to identify trends and address premature failures.
• Design and implement equipment changes to improve reliability and yield.
• Attend daily meetings to drive continuous improvement and productivity goals.
