Qualifications

• Five years in a product engineering role, preferably in medical devices.
• Experience in product failure analysis, hardware/software integration, and reliability investigations.
• Experience supporting CAPA activities and nonconforming product/procedure investigations.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and electrical design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed failure analysis investigations on ADC products (hardware and embedded software).
• Lead and support medium-sized projects with project management methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring reliability issues in hardware and software.
• Conduct sustaining activities like process improvements, tooling updates, and software reliability enhancements.
• Document reliability issues and performance measures for management review.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and mentor on hardware/software integration.
