Responsibilities

• Provides technical assistance/troubleshooting in resolving equipment design, operation, and maintenance problems for rotating and fixed equipment across area teams.
• Uses reliability tools such as reliability analytics, failure evaluations, and cost analysis to improve equipment reliability.
• Writes Project Request Forms (PRFs) for reliability improvements and equipment upgrades, including life cycle cost analysis and DSP development.
• Champions Management of Change (MOC) for the work scope.
• Helps establish equipment monitoring plans and control limits.
• Ensures repairs meet or exceed OEM specifications.
