Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in reliability engineering within a cement, heavy industrial, or continuous manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of reliability principles, condition-based maintenance, and root cause analysis methodologies.
Proficiency with predictive maintenance technologies and computerized maintenance management systems (preferably SAP).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to support multiple sites remotely.
Willingness to travel to the plant and corporate sites supported for inspections, meetings, and project implementation.
Responsibilities
Lead and apply regional reliability engineering strategies to improve equipment performance, uptime, and maintenance cost effectiveness.
Monitor equipment health using condition monitoring technologies and translate insights into actionable maintenance plans.
Facilitate root cause and reliability failure analyses for equipment and production issues.
Collaborate with plant maintenance teams to optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support facilities in implementing Heidelberg Materials maintenance programs.
Develop and implement spare parts management strategies across the plants.
