Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have experience in reliability engineering within industrial environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in reliability engineering within a cement, heavy industrial, or continuous manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of reliability principles, condition-based maintenance, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency with predictive maintenance technologies and computerized maintenance management systems (preferably SAP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to support multiple sites remotely.
• Willingness to travel to the plant and corporate sites supported for inspections, meetings, and project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and apply regional reliability engineering strategies to improve equipment performance, uptime, and maintenance cost effectiveness.
• Monitor equipment health using condition monitoring technologies and translate insights into actionable maintenance plans.
• Facilitate root cause and reliability failure analyses for equipment and production issues.
• Collaborate with plant maintenance teams to optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support facilities in implementing Heidelberg Materials maintenance programs.
• Develop and implement spare parts management strategies across the plants.
