Corbion seeks a Reliability Engineer for its Tucker, GA plant to drive site reliability, CI projects, and safety initiatives. You will partner with maintenance and operations to improve OEE and implement Corbion's CI programs across the site.
The role reports to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager onsite and requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Operations, and regulatory teams. Travel up to 10% may be required.

As our next Reliability Engineer, you will be a mission-critical contributor to the overall operational success of our Tucker, GA plant and development of the organization in the areas of reliability, continuous improvement, maintenance, and safety. You will lead and implement site-wide reliability and Continuous Improvement (CI) projects including improvements in Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through partnering with maintenance and operations personnel while leading site-wide implementation of Corbion's Integrated Continuous Improvement (CICI). The successful incumbent will also lead local efforts in transforming site safety and leading Corbion Safety Excellence programs at the site. You will report to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager onsite.
