Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
Minimum of 7 years of industrial experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Reliability Engineer Strong background and broad-based experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering Experience supporting equipment performance improvement and resolving chronic equipment issues Experience leading equipment failure investigations using structured analytical methods Experience working with manufacturing, engineering, and technical stakeholders in an industrial setting
Practical knowledge of current maintenance and reliability best practices Knowledge of condition monitoring technologies Ability to design or modify asset care strategies and procedures using risk-based methods, RCM, and FMEA Root cause analysis and 5-Why problem-solving capability Ability to provide technical guidance in precision repair, maintenance, and equipment installation Ability to interpret financial and non-financial data and explain the economic impact of significant decisions Ability to support continuous improvement efforts across production, technical, and engineering teams
