Specialty Granules LLC in Kremlin, OK is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to lead the strategic objectives for environmental, health, safety, asset capability, quality and production reliability. You will design and refine asset management plans, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance processes.

Risk Management: Manage risk for the strategic objectives in the area of environmental, health, safety, asset capability, quality and production. Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety/security systems. Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines the asset management plan that includes value-added preventive maintenance tasks and the effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems. Designs workforce development plans and implementation.
Loss elimination: Tracks & prioritizes production losses. Using root cause failure analysis techniques, plus through oversight of the FRACAS Team, implements corrective actions to reduce the impact or eliminate the losses.
Work entails direct supervision of Maintenance Projects and Personnel. Maintenance work is performed in enclosed facilities and outdoor areas where extremes of heat, cold, dust, noise, wet conditions and rough terrain exist. Approximately 30% of the work is administrative in nature.
