Job summary

Prysmian Group in McKinney, TX is seeking a Maintenance Planner to lead preventive and predictive maintenance planning. You will coordinate schedules, optimize labor, and work with Maintenance and Operations to boost equipment reliability.

The role requires hands-on planning with CMMS, Excel, and Smartsheet, in an industrial setting. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and standard hours, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and/or Smartsheet.
• 1-3 years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, review, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and Reliability teams to identify process improvements.
• Review equipment documentation to develop and update maintenance procedures and SOPs.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize the preventive maintenance program.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities to maximize labor utilization and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate and maintain parts kitting for maintenance teams.
