Leidos is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead SAFe ART processes across multiple projects and teams. You will configure and tailor SAFe to the Task Order, standardizing practices and delivering valued solutions to the customer.

Responsibilities include coordinating PI calendars, facilitating PI planning, guiding risk management, dependencies, and cross-team collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders. U.S. Citizenship and TS clearance required.

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain SCI access prior to Day One. U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph post hire.

• Develops and proposes new ideas regarding processes and strategy.

Leidos is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes for multiple projects and teams on the Task Order. The successful candidate will help configure the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to the Task Order's needs, standardizing and documenting practices to ensure valued delivery to the customer.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate calendars for program increments (PI)
• Facilitate PI planning readiness by bringing together the vision, roadmap and backlogs through pre and post PI planning events
• Lead and facilitate PI planning events
• Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities
• Help manage risks and dependencies
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
• Assist with decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Task Order Management, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer and team interactions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Active Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain SCI access prior to Day One. U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Proactive self-starter demonstrating a positive, willing attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe Agile Certification
• 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified Product Owner
• Certified Scrum Master
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Understanding of AWS/Cloud technologies
• Proven experience managing multiple baselines across multiple environments
• Experience with collaboration tools including Jira/Confluence
• Experience with ArcGIS or geospatial technologies

Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
