Job description

Help TechVantage engineer the next generation of our platform, one well-tested Swift commit at a time. Few Albany employers pair $73,000 - $97,000 with this much technology autonomy, and fewer still ask only 5 years to earn it.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull Go telemetry into dashboards TechVantage leaders actually open
• Map data flow across TechVantage's Python services and spot the leaks
• Own the safety-first RabbitMQ subsystem that the rest of TechVantage quietly depends on
• Ship JavaScript fixes to TechVantage customers in Albany, GA the same day they report them
• Enhance test automation frameworks to increase release confidence

What You'll Bring

• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics
• Willingness to commute to Albany, GA or work flexibly as needed
• Strong rapport-building skills and a genuinely positive presence
• 5+ years of JavaScript reps, not just JavaScript exposure
• Enough Go to be dangerous, enough Ansible to be trusted

The story of TechVantage is really the story of Albany, GA betting on a quality-focused idea about technology and being proven right. We keep our process light so engineers can spend their energy on Python and GitLab CI, not bureaucracy.

The offer rewards both ends, $73,000 - $97,000 for your Communication today and mentorship for the mid-level leader you become tomorrow.

This role is being actively staffed, with offers expected before the quarter closes.
