Job summary

Standex Electronics, a segment of Standex International, is seeking a seasoned Field Application Engineer – Relays to support revenue growth through technical expertise and strong customer engagement.

You will work with Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Product Management to develop relay and sensor opportunities, provide pre- and post-sales support, and help translate customer needs into qualified business opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical discipline.
• 8+ years in a field application or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience with relay-related applications.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue growth through technical expertise and customer engagement.
• Drive growth initiatives within the relay product line.
• Develop new customers and identify market opportunities.
• Facilitate technical exchange between customers and Standex engineering.
• Provide technical sales support, opportunity qualification, and CRM updates.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product Management.
