Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation. You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne tools, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

Responsibilities include translating case needs into workflows, using RelativityOne analytics, and overseeing intake, processing, production, and archival of data. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong analytical judgment and communication skills with attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics and scripts to improve review efficiency.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and assist users with basic/advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks.
• Protect confidential information via secure storage and chain-of-custody documentation.
