Job summary

Joseph Michaels International's client, an established law firm, seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers on complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities include data workflows, case databases setup, quality control, and secure handling of confidential information. The role requires five or more years in Relativity-based environments and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation support experience in law firm or eDiscovery service provider using Relativity and analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong analytical judgment and clear communication with attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
