Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Strategist II for its Private Bank in Pittsburgh, PA. You will support the management of a client book, craft tailored relationship plans, and drive client retention with proactive service and cross-team collaboration.

As part of a risk-aware environment, you will expand the book of business, source new client opportunities, and coordinate with partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions while maintaining a high standard of client experience.

As a Relationship Strategist II within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Description
  • Supports client management activities with clients and prospective clients. Helps support the development and execution of a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients. Is accountable for ongoing exceptional client experience. Helps support a book of business.
  • Coordinates with team to determine action plan through thorough discovery of client needs to deliver an exceptional client experience. Has working knowledge of all business segment capabilities and offerings. Ensures a strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals. Holds team accountable for deliverables.
  • Helps grow a book of business through support of client expansion and new client acquisition. Helps develop and execute strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships for the bank. Serves as point of communication and contact with existing clients and prospected to ensure expansion opportunities are captured.
  • Manages risk through adherence to AMG policies and procedures. Works with risk partners to escape client concerns to bring about quick resolution. Has knowledge of partner offerings to make business-appropriate introductions. Is accountable to partners for follow up and client communication after initial introduction.
  • Maintains timely, accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks as determined by the business. Helps ensure the execution of team processes, such as pre-call planning, post-call debriefs and relationship reviews.
