Chartway Credit Union in Virginia Beach is seeking a full-time Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional member service, handle transactions, open accounts, and provide financial solutions for members.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and requires 1–3 years of customer service experience and an Associate’s degree or equivalent. Salary is $20–$22 per hour with branch hours Mon-Thu 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Sat 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Responsible to the Branch Manager, the Relationship Specialist is part of a highly skilled service team, committed to unlocking the potential of individuals and families so they can thrive. Relationship Specialists work collaboratively with Chartway team members to create personal experiences and provide financial solutions for Chartway’s members.

• Knowledge of credit union policies, procedures and processes related to the credit union and the product and services it offers
• Ability to understand and be aware of possible suspicious activities or transactions by members or by team members, directors, executives, or officers of the credit Union. Promptly notify management as required by credit union policy if unusual activity is observed which could be an indication of financial crime or efforts to evade reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act or other laws and regulation
