This job is responsible for participating in a 12‑month development program designed to build foundational commercial banking sales and credit skills, preparing participants to transition into a Senior Relationship Manager role upon completion of the program. Key responsibilities include acquiring and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects, generating new and incremental business, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering integrated financial solutions by collaborating with internal partners. Candidates must have strong, proven sales experience from any industry and at least 10 years of total experience. Prior financial services experience is not required, as the program provides comprehensive training.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience desired; majors in business, finance or economics preferred. MBA desirable.
