Job summary

Mercer Advisors seeks a Relationship Manager I to elevate client service within the Wealth Management team. You will partner with Wealth Advisors to ensure service commitments are delivered with precision and care, overseeing the firm’s service model and client experiences.

In this role you’ll lead client follow-up, coordinate with planning, operations, and compliance, and drive retention and growth through proactive outreach.

• Experience managing complex client relationships in wealth management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
• Proficient with CRM systems and client workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent delivery of client service commitments across the Wealth Management team.
