Position Title: Relationship Manager

About the Role: The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in fostering client relationships and facilitating communication between clients and the investment team. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage a diverse client portfolio while maintaining a high level of organization. The successful candidate will engage with large institutional investors and present investment strategies and updates. Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills are essential for navigating the complexities of client interactions and internal dynamics. Relationship Manager Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25-50 large institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Assist in the transition of new clients into the firm thoughtfully and effectively
• Collaborate closely with the investment team to align client goals with investment strategies
• Present investment reports and updates to clients from day one
• Engage in both managing existing business and pursuing new business opportunities
• Travel periodically for client meetings and presentations, primarily within the continental US and select international locations
• Work alongside a client service team while also being hands‑on with client materials and presentations
• Maintain organization across multiple client engagements and follow‑ups

Relationship Manager Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in finance or asset management, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and investment principles
• Experience working with large institutional investors or ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals is preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree is required
• Knowledge of captive insurance is preferred
