Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Process teller and account transactions accurately while supporting daily branch operations.
• Assist customers with opening consumer and business deposit accounts, enrolling in digital banking services, and using C&N's technology solutions.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate C&N products and services, and refer customers to partners when appropriate.
• Provide support and coverage for other branches as needed, potentially involving travel within the region.
