Qualifications

• Active Life, Accident & Health insurance license required.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 registrations.
• Located in the Kansas City metropolitan area with ability to work in the office.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a client base through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship development.
• Build and maintain a strong network of professional and community referral partners.
• Convert new relationships and opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
• Develop personalized, holistic financial plans based on each client’s goals and circumstances.
• Guide clients across income and asset protection, investment and advisory services, retirement planning, education funding, and trust services.
• Proactively manage client relationships and provide ongoing advice as needs evolve.
• Deliver a highly responsive and personalized client experience.
• Collaborate with internal team members and outside professionals to support comprehensive client needs.
• Remain current on industry developments, products, planning strategies, and regulatory requirements.
