Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Assist commercial banking officers with wire transfers, payments, advances and client inquiries.
• Assist with collection of application items, requesting financials and/or other documents, client follow up.
• Assist with exception/critical reports and with compliance tasks.
• Handle in-person and telephone inquiries; respond to requests and research discrepancies.
• Notarize documents when necessary and provide reception coverage as needed.
