Responsibilities

• Provides a complete range of customer service activities including problem resolution; account maintenance; wire transfer requests and approvals; transaction overrides.
• Manages a client relationship portfolio with a focus on building and retaining customer relationships.
• Participates in sales development activities to promote branch growth; conducts referrals follow-up and visits to clients.
• Uncovers clients’ assets and financial needs; recommends consumer and commercial products; refers to business partners.
• Stays current on policies; follows security controls to protect the branch against risk.
