Job summary

Bank of America in New York is seeking a client-focused associate to engage clients in the lobby and educate them on self-service options such as mobile and online banking. You will accurately process cash transactions and build relationships to meet clients’ financial goals.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to identify solutions, and a commitment to following procedures while adhering to laws. Weekend/extended hours may be required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish capability.
• Experience in financial services or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
