Job summary

BMO Financial Group in the United States is seeking a branch-based advisor to deliver personalized financial guidance to customers and prospects. You will build loyalty through needs-based assessments and tailor banking solutions across everyday banking, lending, and investment options.

You will collaborate with branch teams and partners to expand relationships, support credit decisions, and ensure compliant, high-quality service across channels, including in-branch and digital interactions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field desirable
• Knowledge of personal banking products and lending solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in financial services is an asset
• Able to use digital and self-service banking tools

Responsibilities

• Lead needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities
• Advise clients on financial solutions and preferred channels
