Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted customer relationships by meeting clients face to face and providing tailored financial counsel at branches in Missouri.

You will assess banking needs, open accounts, and help customers with deposits and loans while delivering compliant and high-quality service. The role requires NMLS registration, a high school diploma, and 4+ years of retail banking experience.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z, plus ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four to five or more years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and providing the best possible counsel
• Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and manage branch openings/closings
• Assess customer banking needs and educate clients on deposits and loan products and solutions
