Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience meeting sales goals and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Knowledge of digital banking platforms and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts and service deposits.
• Develop partnerships to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation.
• Assist with teller transactions and branch operations as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; occasional Saturdays.
