Job summary

Park Bank - Madison is seeking a Relationship Banker to establish and enhance client account relationships through effective sales and referrals. This role involves managing client interactions and delivering exceptional service in a Retail Banking branch environment.

Candidates should possess at least an Associate degree, with a preference for those with a Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience is required, as well as knowledge of consumer lending and proven leadership skills.
