Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve customers quickly, accurately, and confidentially per Service Standards.
• Know and explain bank products, features, benefits, rules, and price structure.
• Identify customer needs and expand relationships by referrals.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and comply with bank policies.
• Ensure compliance with Regulation CC and Bank Secrecy Act.
• Develop understanding of customer-facing technology and enroll customers in self-service options.
• Process transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts.
• Balance transactions daily and assist in training new tellers.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle services like stop payments and wire transfers.
