Job summary

Camden National is seeking a Relationship Banker Swing Float to join our community bank team. You will split time between teller transactions and assisting customers at desks while traveling to multiple banking centers in the region.

This role rewards versatility, teamwork, and a service mindset as you help customers with deposits, accounts, and needs-based solutions, while training and advancing within our employee-focused environment.

The prospective range of pay we will offer to a successful applicant to this position is $18.00-$25.65, which represents a good faith estimate of what we expect to offer at the time of posting based on the role's responsibilities, level and location. Actual starting salary will be determined by the Bank in the Bank's discretion, and shall depend on the applicant's experience, skills, education, certifications, as well as other relevant business conditions. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
