Job summary

Bank of America in Colorado is seeking a motivated banking professional to join our Colorado team. You will build client relationships, manage appointments and cash, and help clients meet their financial needs while adhering to laws and internal guidelines.

You will collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow the client base and deliver exceptional service across self-service channels and in-branch interactions.

  • Efficiently manages time and capacity
  • Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours at any financial center location within a reasonable distance

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
  • Six months of cash handling experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance

Pay and benefits information

Pay range $25.00 - $26.77 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Predictable pay This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
