Relationship Banker (Spanish Language Preferred)

Responsibilities
- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources (mobile banking, online banking, or ATM).
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients.
- Conduct deep conversations to learn clients’ financial and life priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
- Maintain the bank’s risk culture and operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients and meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and daily guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business lending and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry, products, and solutions.
- At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, administration, finance).
