Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Knowledge of personal banking, small business needs, and retail lending products.
• Experience in financial services and a consultative sales style.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions in customers' best interests.
