Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and offer solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Promote digital self-service products and digital channels.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
