Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Minimum 24 months of sales and/or banking experience preferred.
• Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
• Life License (LB) preferred.
• NMLS registry required.
• Proven sales skills and strong customer service mindset.
• Good analytical and numerical skills; ability to use a PC and keyboard.
• Flexible work week schedule, which may include Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Expand client relationships and build new ones by understanding needs and offering solutions across bank products.
• Explain and promote online banking, mobile banking, and other delivery channels to clients.
• Aim to achieve branch and individual sales and referral goals.
• Retain current relationships while prospecting for new ones via calls and referrals.
• Join business calls with managers and officers to initiate sales opportunities.
• Improve branch profitability and client satisfaction by cross-selling relevant products.
• Cultivate relationships with retail store associates in in-store branches.
• Participate in sales events and outreach to increase cross-sell opportunities.
• Support community goals and participate in community service activities.
• Collaborate with management to define sales strategies and meet targets.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing client accounts, providing disclosures as required.
