BMO is seeking a customer-focused professional in the United States to evaluate client needs and guide them toward tailored banking and lending solutions. You will work across branches and channels to enhance the customer experience, grow loyalty, and drive business results.

You will engage in consultative sales, maintain strong risk controls, and stay current with financial products and regulatory requirements while delivering personalized service to each client.

Formación

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
