Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Meet with branch assigned clients in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and connect them to specialists
• Perform branch operations and cash handling following bank policies and procedures
