Qualifications

• Strong ability to build and expand client relationships.
• 1+ year of sales, client service, or retail experience required; banking preferred.
• NMLS registration required; background check.
• Proficiency navigating multiple banking systems and digital tools.
• Cash handling and customer service experience in retail/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and retain client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative conversations.
• Educate clients on self-service and digital banking solutions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately.
• Greet clients in-person and manage lobby flow to ensure a positive experience.
• Refer clients to mortgage, business banking, or investments as needed.
• Maintain risk and compliance with security standards.
• Support community outreach and branch growth.
