Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while adhering to risk and compliance requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to help with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to our team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
