You will collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management teams, operate a teller drawer, assist customers with digital tools, and support community events while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, financial service, or sales
• High School diploma or GED is required
• Intermediate computer skills are required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Build and retain relationships with customers, tailoring product and service recommendations
• Collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect clients with specialists
• Operate a teller drawer serving lobby/drive-up customers
• Open accounts, perform account maintenance and assist with digital products
• Recognize potential fraud and other risks
• Support bank opening/closing depending on shift
• Help support community and bank events
