Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a customer-focused teller in New Jersey to educate clients on mobile and online banking and assist with cash transactions. You will engage clients, build relationships, and guide them toward financial solutions while adhering to risk and regulatory standards.

The role requires bilingual Spanish, a High School diploma, and at least 1 year of sales experience plus 6 months of cash handling. Weekend/extended hours availability is needed to support client needs.

Qualifications

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities
Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network
Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
Drive the client experience

Requirements

Bilingual Spanish required
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
