At Mabrey Bank, you’ll do more than process transactions - you’ll build lasting relationships and help customers reach their financial goals. As a Relationship Banker, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across personal banking, customer service, and teller operations, all while being part of a supporting, family‑owned bank that invests in your growth.

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position that follows a rotating Saturday schedule. Hours vary depending on business needs.

  • Weeks without a Saturday: Monday to Friday, 7:40 a.m. to 4:10 p.m.
  • Weeks with a Saturday: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:10 p.m. and Saturday 8:45 a.m. to 12:10 p.m.
What you’ll do:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in both personal banking and teller transactions.
  • Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and loan inquiries.
  • Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and services.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all daily operations.
