Job summary

Associated Bank is hiring a Relationship Banker to build customer relationships, process transactions, and identify financial solutions for clients. You will gain hands-on experience, complete banker certification, and advance within the organization while delivering exceptional service.

This role involves opening new accounts, partnering with specialists across insurance, mortgage, and other teams, and promoting digital banking tools in a compliant branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to 2 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or retail sales (preferred).

• Promote bank offerings and engage prospective customers through community and in-store outreach.

This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.
