CCFBank is seeking a Relationship Banker to develop and manage commercial banking relationships, focusing on loan and deposit production. The role is based in Oakdale, MN and requires relocation to Hudson, WI in December 2026.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
  • Five (5) years of directly related full-time experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
  • Two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Two (2) years of experience working in sales or customer service.
  • Progressive training and experience with: Bank services, computer software, and loan department procedures.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Make sales calls to prospective customers to bring new business to the bank.
  • Cross-sell both consumer and business bank products and services based on customer needs.
  • Order appropriate services needed to facilitate the fulfillment process (i.e. ACH Services, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Business Online, Credit Cards, Merchant Services, Wire Manager, account setup).
  • Maintain and update portfolio of existing and prospective clients.
  • Work directly with existing customers and assists consumer and business customers in their selection of various accounts, products, and financial services available from the Bank; ensures cross-sell opportunities are presented by applying professional sales techniques.
  • Discuss, prepare, and process documents related to the Bank's electronic banking services including credit reports, wire transfers, address changes, check and deposit slip orders, call backs, various loan transactions such as commercial, consumer and real estate loan payments and advances.
  • Process consumer and small business and agriculture applications according to policy and regulations.
  • Make decisions regarding the opening of new deposit accounts and loans; assigns account numbers; completes forms requiring customer signature(s); checks credit history; accepts initial deposits; prepares all documents and items pertaining to checking accounts, savings accounts, and certificates of deposit for processing. Presents funds received from customer to teller for initial deposits; determines funds availability and obtains receipt for customer.
  • Use ticklers/covenants to generate correspondence requesting information from customers.
  • Complete all customer closings in a manner which assures the customer is in complete understanding of all terms and conditions.
  • Performs safe deposit duties by opening accounts, controlling access, assisting customers, and processing affiliated reports.
  • Interviews customers to obtain information; establishes proper identification of new customers; determines need and extent of reference investigation; assists customers in completing credit applications and obtain any necessary signatures on items with missing or irregular signatures.
  • Complete documentation and reports for serviced of portfolio or other servicing actions as assigned.

CCFBank is currently searching for a Relationship Banker to join our team! A relationship banker is responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships in accordance with CCFBank's core values and prescribed sales process in an assigned area. The primary focus of this role is on loan and deposit production.

This position is currently based in Oakdale, MN and is expected to relocate to Hudson, WI in December 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with this future location change.

The ideal candidate has a focus on relationship building and sourcing new business for the bank. This person will work in conjunction with our lending team. Bonus points if you are community focused and excited about making a positive difference to those around you.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Make sales calls to prospective customers to bring new business to the bank. This includes joint sales calls for loans where prospective client will be introduced
  • Cross-sell both consumer and business bank products and services based on customer needs.
