Job summary

Description

At Mabrey Bank, you’ll do more than process transactions — you’ll build lasting relationships and help customers reach their financial goals. As a Relationship Banker, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across personal banking, customer service, and teller operations, all while being part of a supportive, family‑owned bank that invests in your growth.

This is a full‑time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:15pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:45am to 12:15pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.

What you’ll need to be our Relationship Banker:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service, sales, or cash‑handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to learn banking systems and processes.
