Bank of America in Mission, TX is seeking a customer-facing Financial Center Associate to educate clients on self-service options and process cash transactions in a busy lobby.

This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center, and then potentially move to another location that is within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Job Description: This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed. Job expectations include having deep conversations with clients to gain in‑depth knowledge of the financial and life priorities and connecting clients to solutions that meet the financial goals.
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
