Job summary

First Guaranty Bank in Hammond, LA is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker who delivers exceptional customer service while performing teller and personal banker duties to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will build relationships with customers, identify financial needs, open new deposit accounts, educate clients on digital banking tools, and refer them to appropriate banking solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 6 months of cash handling experience required.
• Previous banking strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support FGB sponsored Financial Foundations efforts to promote financial education in the communities we serve.

• Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Support branch sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
• Assist with branch operations and administrative tasks as needed.
• Adhere to BSA/AML policy and all other bank policies.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Position Summary

The Relationship Banker is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of banking functions. This role combines teller and personal banker responsibilities to provide a seamless customer experience.
