The Senior Relationship banker serves as a trusted financial advisor to retail banking customers, providing personalized guidance on banking products and services while deepening customer relationships. This role combines consultative sales, account management, and operational expertise to deliver a high quality customer experience. Senior Relationship bankers proactively identify customer needs, recommend appropriate financial solutions, and support customers in achieving their financial goals.
In addition to managing a personal portfolio of clients, the Senior Relationship banker acts as a subject matter expert within the branch, supporting less experienced bankers, assisting with complex transactions, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in driving branch revenue, increasing customer retention, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

We provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package including base salary determined by factors such as the role, relevant experience, skill set, and geographical location.
