A high school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree or General Banking Diploma preferred. Training in customer service, polite and effective communication practices, and relationship building and management needed.
Must demonstrate ability to communicate across various channels (face-to-face, email, video conference, text/chat, social media); good interpersonal relationship skills; strong problem-solving skills; possess a sound knowledge of branch transactional tasks and operations; be conversant in consumer and business financial products and services; solid consumer lending skills; proficient in use of various types of technology and software.
A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in a related position normally required.
